What is a Developmental Educator?

A Developmental Educator is a multi-disciplinary disability specialist with expertise in fostering the skills, independence and quality of life of individuals with developmental and/or acquired disabilities.

As an allied health professional, a Developmental Educator (also referred to as a DE) has a practical approach and works holistically across the life span to address issues which may affect the function, independence and social inclusion of individuals with disability, their families and carers. (referenced from Developmental Educators Australia Inc.)

I believe that in a world of modern maladies caused by work and lifestyle, food is often the best medicine. I teach my clients how to make small dietary changes that stack up big gains over time.

“Colette’s method is incredible. I completely changed my eating habits, but never felt like I was missing out on anything.”

I’d love to show you how food can transform your life.
